This knife is hand-forged, I wanted to try this tradition for a long time. The handle is angular, lies relatively well in the hand. I personally would recommend this knife to those who rework it. So I reground the handle, it is stained and oiled. I also sanded the edges of the blade.
Working with this knife is a lot of fun, but you should be careful not to get your fingers in between. The knife has already licked my blood. :-)

Very good but be careful it's steel so you have to wipe after washing to avoid rust and do not put in the dishwasher because of the wooden handle but it is heavy and good balance.

Beautiful hand forged knife handle is for europeesche Hamden on the short side but be workable. Note handle is untreated wood so called convenient it first in the oil position before use it

This knife is so sharp and robust. I use it to chop literally everything! It feels GREAT in the hand and destroys all the food I throw at it instantly. I love everything about this knife, just watch out for rust if you leave the blade wet!! Five star knife for sure!!

I am extremely happy with this purchase. The blade on this knife is exceptionally sharp and sharpens well! I measured the blade and it comes in at almost exactly 7.50 inches. Really love the quality and craftsmanship that went into making this cleaver! Do recommend!

Delivery to St. Petersburg for a month. Packaging is reliable. The blade itself was in a bag with protective anti-corrosion lubrication. Measurements of the ear by electronic caliper: thickness on the spout 3,45mm, thickness at the handle 5,93mm. The height of the blade is almost 10 cm. The weight of my instance is 350 gr. Parameters are slightly different. This is talking about, that the work is really manual and piece-two are absolutely the same in this manufacture can not be. Sharpening is excellent, even the tomato cuts easily, and does not press. Purchase is very satisfied! A wonderful sharp kitchen ax with proper care-do not leave it wet, immediately wipe dry. In the description it is written that not for bones, but with fish and chicken exactly cope. Recommend!
